I own multiple cats - can they board together?
Yes! Our cat condos have connecting doors so we can simply open the doors between the two condos. This allows them to have as much personal space as they desire while also rooming with their housemates. We also offer a 15% discount for the second and third family member.
Do you require my pet to be spayed/neutered ?
Yes, we do require all guests over the age of 6 months to be spayed or neutered prior to attending lodging or daycare.
What should I do to prepare for my cat's stay?
Please ensure your cat is up to date on vaccines and that our office has the most recent vaccine record. We recommend filling out the registration form online prior to arrival as this will expedite the check-in process. Lastly, you may want to book any add-on services at the time you make your cat's reservation. These services can also be added at the time of check-in.
Are you able to administer my cat's medication?
Of course! We have experienced staff and a licensed veterinarian on site, so medication administration is not a problem. Please remember to bring the medication at the time of drop off as well as explicit instructions. We do not charge for administering routine oral medications. However, there will be a $5 fee per day for administering injectable medication (such as insulin).
What time is check-in and check-out?
Our guests may check-in and check-out any time between the hours of 7am-7pm M-F and 8am-6pm on weekends (aside from major holidays). It is helpful to let us know when you will be dropping off and picking up so that the process can be expedited. We charge per night, regardless of pick-up and drop-off time. We charge a late fee of $5 per 15 minutes past closing time up until 1 hour past closing. Any guest who is not picked up one hour after closing (7pm on weekdays, 6pm on weekends) will be charged for boarding for that night.

Our lobby is closed the following dates for 2019:
Memorial Day (5/27) *There will be no drop offs or pick ups on this day. There is a 3 night minimum stay over the Memorial Day Holiday
July 4th *There will be no drop offs or pick ups on this day.
Labor Day, Monday 9/2 . *There will be no drop offs or pick ups on this day. There is a 3 night minimum stay over Labor Day Holiday.
Thanksgiving Day and the day after (11/28 and 11/29) *There is a 3 night minimum stay over Thanksgiving Holiday. Pets must be checked in before 7:00pm on Wednesday, 11/27 and cannot be checked out until Saturday, 11/30 at 8:00am
Christmas Day and the day after (12/25 and 12/26) *There is a 3 night minimum stay over the Christmas Holiday. We close at 5:00pm on Christmas Eve, 12/24, so all boarders must be checked in before 5:00pm and all daycare dogs must be checked out before 5:00 pm. Pets boarding over the holiday cannot be picked up until Friday, 12/27, at 7:00am.

The Lodge is open for overnight guests during these holidays but we do not have open reception hours nor do we have day camp hours for non-lodgers. We also require a 50% deposit for holiday bookings which is fully refundable if cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
How do I make a reservation or book add-on services?
You can make a reservation by calling us (912-225-3130), emailing us (email@example.com) or by simply logging into our online booking system.

We do require a 50% deposit for weekend and holiday bookings which is fully refundable if cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. The deposit will be forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations.
